Art. 185.
L' articolo 566 del codice civile e' sostituito dal seguente:
"Art. 566 - Successione dei figli legittimi e naturali. - Al padre ed alla madre succedono i figli legittimi e e naturali, in parti uguali.
Si applica il terzo comma dell'articolo 537".

Traditionally in the legal system of UE country shareholders of a troubled company were not involved in restructuring proceedings. For this reason, until recently restructurings proceedings concerned only with the assets of the company and not with the shareholdings and the organisation of it.
